Derek Gregory has discussed Grégoire Chamayou, Théorie du drone in four detailed posts on his Geographical Imaginations blog – here, here, here and here. On the strength of the first two of these I picked up a copy of this book and Chamayou’s earlier Les chasses à l’homme. The latter is translated as Manhunts and a brief commentary entitled ‘The Manhunt Doctrine‘ is open access in Radical Philosophy. [Update – new posts by Derek here, here and here]
