    Seems to be time and origin, maybe topic of interest too (but Umberto Eco?). Sometimes the program (I guess it’s Gephi) creates groups (modules) based on relationships, weigh and centrality. As mentioned here for an analogue graph:

    it could be that the wiki mentioned “have influenced” or “influenced by” in the author article.
