Graham Harman on his forthcoming book of essays.
The title is Bells and Whistles: More Speculative Realism, and you can expect to see it out towards the fall of 2013. It will be of the same style as Towards Speculative Realism, with a collection of unpublished essays and lectures prefaced by italicized descriptions of the conditions under which they were written (a feature that proved especially popular with younger readers).
It will include, among other things, my keynote lecture from the Transmediale festival in Berlin last February, the talk I gave at the New School in September 2011 on the 4 basic objections that are made to OOO, along with other talks from Goldsmiths, Brazil, and Russia.
It will also contain an English version of my defense of OOO against William James’ radical empiricism (commissioned by Kronos and published so far only in Polish translation). A few other essays will be written to order just for…
