Bartolus consilia found

A week ago I discussed the last few references I’ve been trying to find for The Birth of Territory. I’m back at the British Library today, and thought I would just check one more time. And I found the Bartolus consilia I was looking for in minutes. What I’d not realised is that in vol 10 of his Opera there are two sequences of numbers for the Consilia. They are listed as separate ‘Voluminis’ but are bound in a single volume, along with his Quaestiones and Tractatus. There is nothing in the running heads to suggest this.  Problem solved.
