Sloterdijk Spheres I: Bubbles

MIT Press have a page up for Semiotext(e)’s forthcoming translation of Sloterdijk’s Bubbles: Spheres Volume I – Microspherology. That site says September; Amazon (both UK and US) have it listed for October. The translations of volumes II and III are in process.

    This is excellent news. I’m currently reading Being & Time, and I’m now reading the section on Worldliness, and I find Sloterdijk an interesting deviation from the Heideggerian orthodoxy.

  2. Sloterdijk’s “spheres” and “foam” are brilliant articulations of the membranes that separate us from and conjoin us to others.
