Despite the paperback not being on Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.com, the paperback is definitely available. The SUNY Press website is selling it, but will chase them to try to make this more widely available. Even though the initial hardback price was steep, that was only for three months and the paperback is – for an academic book of 390 pages – pretty reasonable.
