A bit behind the times, but I finally watched Zizek! – the movie. Lots of interesting moments, but I particularly like the bit where he discusses writing. His point is that he puts down notes and thoughts, convincing himself that he is merely doing that, but making them quite extensive and detailed; eventually he moves to a a point when he has so much that he edits them. ‘Writing’ disappears.
