Protevi interviews Smith on Leibniz

I’d mentioned Justin Smith’s forthcoming book Divine Machines: Leibniz and the Sciences of Life before. John Protevi has now interviewed the author here. As well as the obvious Leibniz and life sciences interest, the interview should also entice people working on evolution before Darwin, intellectual history, realism in the tradition, Leibniz and Aristotle, etc. His future work sounds very interesting too.
