Back in Canberra after a great few days in Tasmania. Will it be five years before I’m there again? Anyway, a post with a bunch of links…
More stuff on blogs, here, here and here.
More on the ‘Animal, Vegetable, Mineral’ conference over at In the Middle here and here. Some more audio files at the second link. I listened to the Jane Bennett lecture on the flight to Hobart; on the way back (via Sydney) I read William Connolly’s A World of Becoming. I need to write something on Bill’s book for the London event in late May, and I suspect it will be an issue of which of many themes to pick up on.
Good review of a book on Foucault and philosophy, here.
And a question for historians of philosophers, which links to some previous discussion here, with some interesting comments in response, here.
