Carl Schmitt, Writings on War is a new collection that gathers up some interesting, and politically appalling, pieces. Hopefully this will mean that The Nomos of the Earth is, in future, read in a wider political, and geopolitical context. By the way, I have it on good authority that his Dictatorship will not be out until August 2012.
An interesting piece on Schmitt, space and theology here (requires subscription).
Oliver Belcher asks some good questions and surveys the literature on Foucault and war here.
