Packed and ready to go. Singapore first for a few days, then Australia this time next week. I should be used to to putting my English life in storage, and packing only what I can carry, but it’s always a slightly strange experience.
I do have a complete draft of The Birth of Territory now. It’s been close before, but this is a genuine complete draft, with intro and conclusion all in place. Doubtless I will continue to work and rework this until I really have to let go, but this is a version that I think could be published.
Looking forward to catching up with friends in Singapore – some who are based there permanently, and several others who are visiting or passing through too. The discussion on the 17th should be good too. And then eager to start the fellowship at ANU and to begin the next project.
