Speculations issue 2 is now available here

Clive Barnett offers some thoughts on the now out Wiley-Blackwell Companion to Human Geography here. I guess that means my author copy is waiting for me in Durham.

The writing, editing, publishing machine that is Rob Kitchin moves on. Plenty of stuff worth a look here.

In less welcome news, the journal Ethics, Place & Environment has been renamed Ethics, Policy & Environment. Given that the shortlived journal Philosophy & Geography was incorporated into EPE, the loss of ‘place’ is a further shame.

But to end with a more positive link – interesting interview with Heidegger scholar François Raffoul at the New APPS blog here. Especially good to hear that Dominique Janicaud’s excellent Heidegger en France is being translated into English.
