Derek Gregory, ‘The Natures of War’ – Neil Smith memorial lecture

I made time to watch this powerful, and moving, lecture recently. I think I linked to it at the time, but worth a reminder. Well worth the time – some very good discussion of terrain and nature in warfare – especially mud, desert and jungle.

Derek says a little about the lecture at his Geographical Imaginations site.
